Below is the admin page for agents and you must be registered as an agent and logged in to see and use this page.
Start by clicking on the 'Add listing' graphic.
The first thing to do is to add your property to the correct 'Property Class' ... you should select the Subscriber option - all others are for my admin use and will not give you the features you have paid for in your subscription.
Select Subscriber from the drop down menu and then click on 'submit'.

This is the next screen you're presented with ... simply fill in the information as accurately and comprehensively as you can. The more information you provide, the more likely your property is to show up in a search.

Work through the page until you come to the final information boxes.
Once again, the more detail you give, the more likely your property is going to appear when a customer does a search.
Once you're happy that the information is correct and complete, click on 'submit'.
Your property is now listed on big-group-cottages.co.uk and you can update it any time you wish.
Confirmation that your details have been saved is given via the 'Your listing has been created' message as in the image below:

Adding images to your listing
You now need to return to the agent's administration page - see below:

Select 'Edit my listings' from the Agent admin panel.
You will now see the options in the image below ... you need to click on 'Edit Images'.

If you have them, you now need to add photos of your cottage.
You can add up to 8 photos with your free account, but please note that your images are generally best if they are no bigger than 380 pixels in width as they display better on the page.
Also, your slideshow will look better if you make your images all the same size.
If you need to re-size your images, shrinkpictures.com is an excellent free website which will enable you to do this without technical knowledge.
You need to:
- Click in each empty box, next to the words Send this file:
- As you click in each box, click the Browse button
and navigate to the photos of your property that you want to upload
- Once you've worked through this process with all of the photos you want to upload, click on the Upload Picture button
- Your images will be re-sized automatically

If the process has been completed properly, you'll get a confirmation message as in the image above.
Your listing will now display images when it's viewed by big-group-cottages.co.uk users.
By navigating back to the Listings Editor (click on Return to Editing Listing) you'll see small versions of your images ('Thumbnails') at the side of the screen as in the image below.

If you wish to add captions or comments about the images, you can now do so.
Just add text to the Caption and Description boxes as in the image below.

If you have the correct type of files available, you can also upload VTours, (also known as 360 degree tours) in exactly the same way.
Navigate back to the Listings Editor by clicking on Return to Editing Listing, then click the Edit My Listings button shown below:
![]()
To begin the editing process, click on the small green pencil icon on the top RHS, next to the red cross, as in the image below:
