I thought up big-group-cottages.co.uk after trying to arrange my dad's 70th birthday party.

Whilst it's easy enough to find smaller properties for single family groups, getting a property that will house 4 or more family groups, with the required number of bathrooms and entertainment facilities, is quite a job.

It involved lots of trawling the internet, looking at established property rental providers as well as many 'standalone' websites that don't seem to be covered by those sites.

I couldn't find one place that brings all that information about larger properties together.

That's why I created big-group-cottages.co.uk ... to provide a single portal for planning big family events, including shared calendars that all the family can use, as well as an extensive online event planning resource ... and even a link to Tesco so you can book your first food delivery.
